Each class will follow one or more of the formats listed below
Kickboxing Clinic – This class is a cardio class with a strong emphasis on learning and improving techniques that form your foundation for kickboxing. It covers the basics of impact, movement, body positioning, punching, kicking, knees and elbows. The student will also learn how to hold the various types of pads utilized in most of the classes.
Extreme Kickboxing – This is an Ultimate cardio-vascular class that emphasizes the use of plyometrics, calisthenics, strength training and kickboxing for an intense interval training workout. The training utilizes heavy bags, focus mitts and various pad training. This is a pure cardio workout that will enable an individual to tone muscles and reduce body fat. No contact involved.
Heavy Bags – A No-Pad-Holding intense cardio class! Shadowboxing, heavy bag hitting, and heavy bag kickboxing are all combined to high energy, motivating music.
