Midwest Tae Kwon Do and Sport Karate has been providing martial arts instruction in the Omaha, Nebraska area since 2002. Midwest Tae Kwon Do is offering more Free Women's Self Defense Classes.  

For those of you who have already taken the free classs, follow up classes will start Saturday January 3rd at 1:00pm. Please view our Self Defense page for class schedule and fees.
